Complaint Process

For a smooth complaint procedure, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the complaint form (PDF)
  2. Include the completed form with the product, together with a copy of the purchase receipt.
  3. If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note describing the defect, your contact details, and your request (repair, replacement, refund).
  4. Pack the product carefully, ideally in the original or suitable packaging.
  5. Send the package to the following address:

How long does it take to process a complaint?

  • Up to 30 days from receipt of the returned product.
  • In most cases, complaints are processed faster.
  • The 30-day period begins once we have all the necessary information and materials.
  • If anything is unclear, we will contact you.

Warranty Notice

The warranty does not cover:

  • Peeling of stickers from plastics due to insufficient surface preparation (e.g. poor degreasing).
  • Peeling caused by mechanical damage.
  • Wear and tear of decals during normal motorcycle use.
  • Slight deviations in decal shape compared to the plastic parts.

Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns within 14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions:

  • The goods must be undamaged, complete, clean, and preferably in their original packaging.
  • Please include the return form (PDF) or a note with your bank account and order number.
  • Do not send parcels by cash-on-delivery – they will not be accepted.
  • Use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Exception – Custom Products

Customized products (e.g. with your own name, logo, number, etc.) cannot be returned within 14 days according to §1837 of the Civil Code.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, provided all conditions are met.
  • The refund is sent to the bank account provided in your return form or letter.
  • If there is any issue, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
