Complaint Process
For a smooth complaint procedure, please follow these steps:
- Download the complaint form (PDF)
- Include the completed form with the product, together with a copy of the purchase receipt.
- If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note describing the defect, your contact details, and your request (repair, replacement, refund).
- Pack the product carefully, ideally in the original or suitable packaging.
- Send the package to the following address:

- Up to 30 days from receipt of the returned product.
- In most cases, complaints are processed faster.
- The 30-day period begins once we have all the necessary information and materials.
- If anything is unclear, we will contact you.
Warranty Notice
The warranty does not cover:
- Peeling of stickers from plastics due to insufficient surface preparation (e.g. poor degreasing).
- Peeling caused by mechanical damage.
- Wear and tear of decals during normal motorcycle use.
- Slight deviations in decal shape compared to the plastic parts.
Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns within 14 Days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions:
- The goods must be undamaged, complete, clean, and preferably in their original packaging.
- Please include the return form (PDF) or a note with your bank account and order number.
- Do not send parcels by cash-on-delivery – they will not be accepted.
- Use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Exception – Custom Products
Customized products (e.g. with your own name, logo, number, etc.) cannot be returned within 14 days according to §1837 of the Civil Code.
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, provided all conditions are met.
- The refund is sent to the bank account provided in your return form or letter.
- If there is any issue, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
