1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer arising from the conclusion of a purchase contract through the Seller’s online store.

1.2 The Buyer is either a consumer or a business customer.

1.3 The contract is concluded in the Czech language.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

2.1 The presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a contract.

2.2 The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer sends the order and the Seller confirms it.

2.3 Orders can be placed with or without registration.

2.4 The Buyer is obliged to verify all data before submitting the order.

2.5 The contract is archived electronically and is not accessible to third parties.

2.6 The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the contract.

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT.

3.2 Accepted payment methods:

Online card payment
Bank transfer
Cash on delivery
Cash upon personal pickup

3.3 The invoice is sent electronically and serves as a tax document.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Delivery options:

PPL courier service
Personal pickup by prior arrangement in Příchovice

4.2 Delivery times depend on product availability and type of order. Usual dispatch time is 3–7 business days.

4.3 Shipping costs are shown during order confirmation. In case of return or complaint, the Buyer bears the return costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

5.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5.2 This right does not apply to custom-made products (e.g. with a name, number, logo, etc.).

5.3 Returned goods must be undamaged, clean, and complete.

5.4 The Buyer must include a cover letter or completed return form with their bank account and order number.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 The Buyer has the right to make a complaint within 24 months of receiving the goods.

6.2 Complaints must be submitted in writing or electronically. We recommend using the complaint form.

7. Data Protection

7.1 The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Czech law.

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

8.1 Consumers have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement of disputes.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 These Terms and Conditions take effect on July 21, 2025, and may be updated at any time by the Seller.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Complaint Process

For a smooth complaint procedure, please follow these steps:

Download the complaint form (PDF)
Include the completed form with the product, together with a copy of the purchase receipt.
If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note describing the defect, your contact details, and your request (repair, replacement, refund).
Pack the product carefully, ideally in the original or suitable packaging.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

Up to 30 days from receipt of the returned product.
In most cases, complaints are processed faster.
The 30-day period begins once we have all the necessary information and materials.
If anything is unclear, we will contact you.

Warranty Notice

The warranty does not cover:

Peeling of stickers from plastics due to insufficient surface preparation (e.g. poor degreasing).
Peeling caused by mechanical damage.
Wear and tear of decals during normal motorcycle use.
Slight deviations in decal shape compared to the plastic parts.

Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns within 14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions:

The goods must be undamaged, complete, clean, and preferably in their original packaging.
Please include the return form (PDF) or a note with your bank account and order number.
Do not send parcels by cash-on-delivery – they will not be accepted.
Use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
