How can I place an order?
You can create your order in two ways:
– Choose from our collection of ready-made designs, which can be customized (name, number, colors, etc.)
– Or choose custom production – our graphic designers will create an original design exactly according to your ideas, inspirations, or specifications.
How does the production process work?
The entire process is divided into several steps:
1. Order – choose your style or send your own requirements.
2. Design – within 2 days (ready-made), within 5 days (custom); longer during the main season.
3. Revisions – 3 for ready-made designs, unlimited for custom orders.
4. Production – approx. 5 business days after design approval.
5. Shipping – verified carriers, tracking available.
How long will it take to receive my graphics or jersey?
Graphics kits are shipped within 1–2 weeks after ordering (depending on design approval).
Jerseys and pants within 2–3 weeks including personalization.
During peak season (January–April), production times may be slightly longer.
Do you also apply the graphics to plastics?
Yes, we offer a complete service – we produce the graphics, apply them to plastics, and you simply mount the finished set on your bike.
We mostly use plastics from the Italian brand Acerbis.
If you wish to provide your own plastics, it is possible – but they must be completely new and unused to ensure a perfect result.
What materials are the graphics made of?
Standard version
– Thickness: 550 microns
– Includes FLO technology for bubble-free application
– Available finishes: gloss, matte, holographic, chrome, neon, and several 3D textured options
– Suitable for standard use, easy to apply.
Extra durable version
– Thickness: 560 microns
– Available only in gloss finish
– Does not include FLO technology – the film is stiffer and requires heat during application
– Ideal for those seeking maximum durability and extreme longevity.
What delivery options are available?
We ship via PPL to the address you provide.
Delivery to Parcelshops (pickup points) is also available.
Delivery to lockers (Z-Box, Alzabox) is not possible due to package size.
Personal pickup is available at our production site by prior arrangement.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but it depends on the stage of processing:
– Within 24 hours of ordering, you can cancel free of charge if no work has started.
– If a graphic design has already been created and sent, a cancellation fee of 800 CZK applies.
– If the design has been approved and sent to production, the cancellation fee is 100% of the order value.
Can I return the goods within 14 days?
According to §1829(1) of the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods – this applies only to goods that have not been customized.
All our motocross graphics kits and jerseys are made to order (colors, name, number, design), so the right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply (§1837(d) of the Civil Code).
Can I place an order other than through the e-shop?
Yes. Although placing an order through our e-shop is the fastest and most efficient way, we are happy to accommodate you in other ways as well.
